For entry to the building, meeting attendees additionally must present a photo ID to the security personnel. You may contact Ms. Frost for additional information. We are advised to come early. The Committee on Establishment and Project Review is responsible for reviewing the CON applications involving construction, service changes, establishment, and transfers of ownership; Reviews the establishment of fundraisers, corporate name changes, and changes in certificates of incorporation.
