Our theme was Life After Death

PATH FOLLOWED!!!

Phase I
We start with DEATH STREET.
DEATH STREET has it all, it has dead people with scrambled hands and legs Blood stained bodies hanging from trees Head cuts . We also showed various beautiful hand made arts and crafts including posters depicting the post death world. Some designer posters which were our gimmicks our stand outs read GAME OVER AND TRESS PASS TO DISCOVER WHAT HAPPENS NEXT Death streets another USP was the milestone which read DEATH STREET 0 Km It took the momentum from our competitors, and gave us the super start we were eying at. To add spice to the death street , we also hanged a lot of bats which were simulating the deathly ambience.

PHASE II
After experiencing the deadly death now tried to portray what happens to the dead souls and this is the moment when we YUMDUDES come into picture because we are the agents or carriers of dead souls. To simulate the actual post death phenomenon we did a commendable job.

YUM RATH
Yes, it was really the USP of our marketing campaign Its front looked very dangerous as we put a hand -made head of a devilish bull driving the YUMRATH Then we also tried to portray the functionality of the YUMRATH by loading it with a coffin. The interesting thing about the coffin was that it had stairs with arrows pointing towards hell/heaven.

PHASE III
Yes, to maintain the synchronization of our death campaign we followed the YUMRATH by a huge 60 feet decoration which had 5 hanging souls who have just arrived to the death-world. They had varied expressions on their faces each saying a lot about its pre-death life.

Add on!!!
To bring in further innovation to our death campaign we tried to focus on the canteen area. Our teammates were able to capture the prominent locations like front corner table which we used as death dining table and over the table we put YUM FOOD which were looking very awesome and stood out from the others (another instance of MARKETING GIMMIK) Another innovation which gave us an edge over our competitors was the idea of sticking our logo over the chocolates, cold drinks, chips etc.

Managerial Learnings!!!
This was the first time that I had to lead such a big group, comprising of both seniors and juniors. It gave a me a live platform where my entire MBA was at acid test It was brim with various shades of marketing, finance, operations and HR It made me realize that managing people is one of the most challenging things in the world. I am grateful to the IMT family which gave mw such a big and live platform wherein I could enrich my managerial acumen and enjoyYYED to the fullest!!!
