The sight words need to be recognized instantly, children should not try to sound out sight words.

Homework
Homework: Monday-Friday simple worksheets in a packet which reinforce the lessons of the week, or finish work students q did not complete in class. Packets are due on Friday. Decodable books are sent home to read to an adult, they should be signed, and returned to school the next day.
