1999. Respondent currently practices law in Minneapolis,Minnesota.Respondent has committed the following unprofessional conduct warrantingpublic discipline:FIRST COUNT
1.
On
August 5,2004, respondent was charged with one misdemeanor countof indecent conduct.
2.
On
December
2,
2004, respondent pled guilty to one count of indecentconduct. Respondent was given a stay of imposition
pursuant
to Minn. Stat.
§
609.135,
if
there were
no
same or similar charges for a year and respondent paid a fee of
$150.
On
December
1,
2005,
pursuant
to the sentence, respondent's plea
was withdrawn
fromthe court
and
the matter was dismissed.
3.
On
December
13,
2010,
respondent was serving jury
duty
in HennepinCounty. The case respondent was a potential juror for was a felony criminal matterwhere the defendant was charged with one count of criminal sexual conduct in the firstdegree and one count of kidnapping.
4.
On December
13,
2010,
respondent completed the juror questionnaire.Respondent
didnot
answer truthfully
on
his juror questionnaire because
he
did
not
list
