InclosingIwouldliketorequestthattheCitycontinuetoconsiderourrecentofferingunderthelast RFP/proposaltodevelopalandfillgastoenergyprojectattheWhiteStreetfacility.Wearepreparedto makethesignificantcapitalinvestmentnecessaryforthisprojectandparticipateinarevenue/profit sharingstructurewiththeCity.AsyouknowwehavealsoproposedtoassumeoperationsattheCitys transferstation,andhelpindevelopmentofanalternativedisposaltechnology/methodwhenthetime isappropriate.Accordingly,wewouldrequestthatourproposal,strictlyassociatedwiththese additionalissues,remainvalid.
