Dear
Parents,
Attached
please

Day
Field
Trip
Release
From
which
we
ask
all
parents
to
complete
annually.
We
ask
parents
to
complete
this
release
which
applied
to
day
field
trip
only,
thus
avoiding
parents
having
to
fill
in
numerous
forms
throughout
the
school
year.
Teachers
will
continue
to
advise
you
whenever
a
field
trip
is
planned.
This
permission
covers
all
area
of
the
Schools
programme.
Separate
permission
forms
are
completed
for
field
trips
that
include
an
overnight
stay.
Individual
forms
are
required
for
each
student
enrolled
at
NIST.
Forms
should
be
returned
to
Secondary
Office
by
Wednesday
28
