ThisContractisbetweentheStateofOregon,actingbyandthroughitsDepartmentofTransportation,hereaftercalled"Agency"or"ODOT,"andMcCannCapitolAdvocates,LLC,aVirginiacorporation,hereaftercalled"Contractor".AgencyandContractortogetherarereferredtoas"Parties"andindividuallyreferredtoas"Party".Agency'sdesignated"ContractAdministrator"andContractor'skeypersonnelforthisContractareidentifiedinExhibit
