King:The countdown for the Apollo
mission is proceeding toward a plannedliftoff time of

To cover some brief logistics, here in the News Centerwe will be open all night tonight, phone
and we willhave people available with up-to-date information on the status of themission and the count throughout the evening and the early morninghours. We will be coming up, probably just about the time we come out
the built-in hold, with the commentary which starts at about
minutes in the count. During the morning hours
willhave up-to-date information on how we stand up to that time before thecommentary begins. There will be a postlaunch conference at PressSite
minutes, and there will be a post mission conferencesome
hours following liftoff. This will take place in Houstonat the Manned Spacecraft Center.
