TO KNW ALL ARAKANESS N ITS ORGANIGATIONS, We 3 of 34 preswntly being detained
in a JAIL of KOLKATA. R helpless. We ve been straggling for months n languishing behind
the bar for a misdemanous as a case,IGR,case no 1218/2006 FIR no 87/2006.U /S-353/18634
IPCI pending in C.J .M court of Port blair. In 2006,we ,Maung naing (KNU) n Hay li (Ex-
AASYC) had an argument with a police, who discriminated loged a complaint against us

release,it because mot. Why is our case choronic without productions.
Hearing date beforeany court n why r we not transfared to P B?
Many times , we asked jail authority but they replied weve been trammeled by Mr .soe myint.

for us. WE BELIEVE WE HAVE BEEN ARRESTED AS THE PATRIOT DUTY SINCE 1998
N WE HAVE NEVER MADE ANY ACTION OF BETRAYAL ON ARAKANESS .

Therefore we hope we are not alone n well be supported for our release by all Arakaness n all
all Arakan organizations .
