I am currently seeking employment in the field of Interior Design. I appreciate you taking the time to look over
my resume.
I graduated from the College for Creative Studies in May 2007 and received my Bachelors of Fine
Arts in Interior Design. Throughout my college education I have obtained a satisfactory grade point average,
being honored on the Dean’s List all years of study. I have also been a diligent board member and member of
ASID/IIDA Student Chapter during my years at CCS. I actively participated in extracurricular design projects
within the student body as well as traveling abroad to study architecture and design of various cultures.
I am currently completing an internship at George P. Johnson in Auburn Hills. While interning I have been able
to use both my trained and natural skills while working on team related projects. During my time at GPJ, I have
been exposed to all avenues of the company and have enjoyed working with their designers as well as studying
the company’s design process, from ideation to production.
I feel that my college education, internship, and work in the field thus far has prepared me for an outstanding
career in Interior Design. I am truly passionate about design and if hired will be a dedicated, reliable asset to
your team.
Sincerely,
Josephine Corrado
