Presently, CedarChurch is quite short-handed for female nursery volunteers duringmorning worship, Sunday School & evening worship. Some of ourvolunteers are serving twice a month or more, due to our shortage.Additionally, we need several Sunday School “helpers” to assist uswith our growing children’s Sunday School program. Please signup to volunteer through our Connection Card, or see Angie Dykema(nursery) or Ted Himebook (Sunday School).

Sunday for choir practice. Christmas will soonbe here and we would love to add “your” voice to our church choir!
Fellowship Luncheon ‘Cookout!’
Next Sunday, our monthlyfellowship meal will be a “fall cookout” theme! Grilled hotdogsand hamburgers will be provided by the church! You can sign up inthe foyer to bring chips, dessert or a side salad (potato salad,coleslaw, pasta salad, tossed salad, veggie tray, fruit salad, salsa,baked beans, cheesy potatoes, cheese dip). Please bring your ownplace settings and beverages; as well as a side dish to share!

Sleeping Bear Dunes Campout for Young Adults
– Thepresbytery would like to invite Cedar young adults to hike the dunesand enjoy the “colors of fall” with Elder Alan James (Pilgrim OPC,Metamora, MI) and other young adults from across the presbytery.On October 7-9, you can enjoy a weekend campout, a dune andbackwoods hike, a time of devotions and prayer, capped with aclosing Sunday service and fellowship meal at Providence OPC inManistee.
