, profundizando sus perfilespropios pero a la vez integrándonos en nuestras raíces comunes, convocamos a que una vezmás cirujanos cardiovasculares, cirujanos torácicos, cirujanos vasculares, cardiólogos clínicose intervencionistas y angiólogos del Perú y de países hermanos, confluyamos junto a nuestroscolegas americanos , europeos y latinoamericanos del 17 al 21 de Marzo del 2012 en el

We live in an era of virtual communication, which unquestionably facilitate thedevelopment and learning of science. Nevertheless, we cannot replace the critical valueof direct human contact between generations, schools, groups and individuals, especially in ascience like medicine, which attempts to comprehensively assess human health.That is why the Latin American Society of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery,the Cardiac Bioassist Association, Latin American Society of Cardiology and PediatricCardiovascular Surgery, the World Society for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Surgery, and thePeruvian Society of Cardio Thoracic and Vascular Surgery, deepening their own profiles but also integrating them into common roots, call once again cardiovascular, thoracic and vascularsurgeons, clinical and interventional cardiologists and angiologists from Peru, to cometogether with our fellow Americans, Europeans and Latin Americans colleagues from March17th to March 21st in 2012, to the 17th International Congress of the Peruvian Society of Cardio Thoracic and Vascular Surgery, 6th Congress of the Latin-American Society of CardioThoracic Surgery, the 5th World Congress of the Cardiac Bioassist Association, and Joint Meeting of the World Society for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Surgery and the LatinAmerican Society of Cardiology and Pediatric Cardiovascular Surgery; who united willprovide the latest scientific advance research in the field and interaction of participants inorder to exchange knowledge between attendees and panelists.We believe that every aspect, including comfort and social activities, will ensure thesatisfaction of the audience. With your participation and support, we have no doubt that thisCongress will be a great success, which will enable us to further enhance the scientific level of our great event and join friendly ties between all countries.
