DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS PLAINTIFFS’ COMPLAINT
 Defendants AT&T Inc. (“AT&T”), T-Mobile USA, Inc. (“T-Mobile”), and DeutscheTelekom AG (“DT”) (jointly, “Defendants”) move this Court for an order dismissing Plaintiffs’complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted pursuant to Federal Ruleof Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). In support of this motion, Defendants submit a supportingmemorandum of points and authorities, along with a proposed order.
