THAT: Pursuant to the Courts September 1, 2011 Order, ECF Doc. No. 610 (the Order), and Eastern District Local Rule 151, on September 14, 2011, Defendants deposited $500,000 with the Clerk of the Court as security for payment of the judgment in this action. Pursuant to the Order, Defendants shall make quarterly deposits in the amount of $500,000 as security with the Clerk, until the amount of cash deposited reaches 125% of the total judgment. Accordingly, Defendants will submit their next deposit by the end of the next quarter (December 31, 2011).
