Judges will not know participants names. Pumpkins can be delivered to the Tioga County Branch YMCA between 4:00 pm 6:00 pm October 28th, 2011 Categories: Family Adult Youth (max age 17) Judging: Pumpkins will be judged by panel on the following: o Presentation o Overall Impression o Creativity Judges decisions are final Best of show will be voted on by the public Jars will be placed in front of each pumpkin for voting - $.25 equals 1 vote.
