 Melalui latihan senam hamil yang teraturdapat dijaga kondisi otot-otot danpersendian yang berperan dalam prosesmekanisme persalinan.
 Mempertinggi kesehatan fisik dan psikisserta kepercayaan pada diri sendiri danpenolong dalam menghadapi persalinan.
 Membimbing wanita menuju suatupersalinan yang fisiologis.
