Tell Me About Yourself? Hi, I am Satish Pandey, an electrical engineer from IIT Bombay. I am very Inquisitive and I like to explore new horizons. I believe in the quality of work that I do. My strengths include being passionate about my work. I am also good at extracurricular and managerial tasks and i always try to maintain the right Balance between all these aspects. Hobbies and end for experience person. to talk about ma family back ground i belong to a lovely family of 7 members, my father is a successful business man,and my mother is a intelligent home maker,i have 2 younger brother and sister. i am a fresher to this industry and i want to build ma good career.and i am looking for a good opportunity my strenght are my positive attitude, self confidence, and flexibilty . i love to play chess, surfing on net, and playing basketball. that is all about me. thank you for giving me this opportunity Well its my pleasure to tell about myself. I am Satish Pandey, born and brought up in Pratapgarh in UP. I had done my schooling and intermediate from Govt. Inter College. Coming to my graduations, i had done my bachelors degree with economics from Allahabad University and after that I had done it the master degree in economics from Kanpur University. Then coming to my hobbies, my hobbies are playing Computer games and internet surfing. Coming to family background my father is retired employee and my mother is house wife. I am hard working person and hungry for acquiring more knowledge. One of my assets in my strengths is my interpersonal skills which has brought me many friends. My goal in my life is to work in only one good company till end of my career

where I can expose my knowledge for development of company and myself, so that I can become one of most recognized and important person of my company. My name is Satish Pandey and I am Post Graduate with Economics from Kanpur University. I am a goal oriented person and would use all my abilities to achieve my target. I have good communication skills with effective leadership qualities. I am really proud of myself and believe in making my company Proud too.

1.If i gave any work to do? You dont have any knowledge on that technology. What will you do? If I am given any work which is out of my knowledge, I will learn the technology used to complete the work from a person who has knowledge about it and will complete the work which in turn will be a good experience for me too. First i need to trained about that work, after that i did. I will ask for work which matching to profile or ask training to learn.

2.List 5 words that best describe your strengths? Optimistic. Positive thinking (ex: Its very normal question how did u tackle ur boss when he wants everything to be completed in one hour we are unable to produce the result etc). Because as far as the job requirement is concerned, I am confident about my skills, abilities, qualifications would match to the required post. i have a ability to perform this task & show my talent where i can show & use my ability. well, sir i think i have the potentiality of getting this opportunity, b'coz i have come out from the exam and have been selected for P.I. i will not say that i m best but must say i m good and keep the confidence of doing this type of work.

4.Why do you want to work in this industry? Because it offers me everything Ive been looking for both in the position & overall environments, it fits perfectly with my career plans. What are two of your weaknesses? I don't have a weakness that would affect my job. 5.Where do you see yourself in next 5 years? Well i am happy that you give me an opportunity to express me as in next five years. I could express it in terms of goals, short, middle and long term goal. I should see in your company as a best employee is my short term goal which will indirectly achieve my middle term goal as team leader and further project manager insert long term goal .Thank you. Not concern about next five year but everyday I am interested in continuous growth of mine and my company. I wish to make a long term commitment with your company where I can prove my excellence. Why did you quit your previous company? I want to face new challenges. I want to enhance my personal and professional growth. I want to explore my capability in good leading company. i want to work in big challenging job, so that i can learn more, and do better in future. What are your short-range and long-range goals and how do you expect to achieve them? My short range goal is to get a job in a great growing company (and that the reason Im here for your interview now) and long range is to attain a high position in the org where i can contribute to the growth of the company. Short range goal is to be a member of this company and long run is to be a leader for this company to reach high success rate. Short term goal is that i would like to see my profile in the middle mgt level in the same org where i work. long range goal is that i would be recognized as one of the impartent resource to the organization. What are your strengths? I am confident, strong determinded and having an ability to work in challenging situations. Passionate about my work, self confidence and work with my team members. My strengths or my confidence level and time punctuality. If employee does not perform what organization should do? First the organization should know the reasons behind the employees downturn in performing the job. it can be the personal problems or the any inconvenience with the work or work environment. the corrective actions that can be taken up by the organization are counseling, mentoring, coaching and motivating him to do the job in an efficient way. Do you think you are overqualified for this position? I never think that I am over qualified to this job. We cant judge any job as small or big according to our qualification. If we have interest and passion then we can create wonders even it is a small job. Its better to do a job where my

work is appreciated and where I can get the work satisfaction. I strongly believe that by working in this company I can fulfill my dreams. No, I think I'm perfect candidate to this post, If I'll be overqualified for this position, never come to given the interview,& keep off from this organization.

THERE R MORE MNC COMPANIES, LIKE HCL,WIPRO,TCS, LEAVINGTHOSE COMPANIES WHY DID U COME HERE TO ATTEND INTERVIEW FOR THIS COMPANY? I would like to join your company(ibm) because it is one of the topmost company in the world and financially strong. We have also seen many examples of ibm software as well as hardware products in our books which were many more times greatest things achieved till that time or were unique, like ibm pc BLUEGENE defeated world champion garry cosprov in chess . Progress options are also very good. Hi.One of the most Important thing which we need to keep in mind is that-"No 2 companies are the same.every company as its own advantages n disadvantages.So,its good not to compare any companies because it becomes a though job to handle.For ex. Let us assume that i am in front of an HR from Accenture n its the same question he/she asks me.If i tell the HR that this is the most valued company n the top most company n blah blah. .it doesnt work most times. .for the simple reason being Cisco is much bigger them Accenture n Ibm is much bigger than cisco n HP IS much bigger than Ibm N DELL is bigger n financially stronger than Ibm. .so an average HR could come up with a question like - "Why our company, u could have been to abc company which is more in revenues n employees n has more of a reputation than thiscompany". .so beware my friends. .work ur minds out. .See u soon..Cheers.
Why do you think you are smart. smartness comes from your attitude.the way you look hardly matters.so i personally feel that i am a good communicator with my friends and parents.i always give a logical reason for any debate or any quarrels.i donot spend my time & energy in gossiping useless things.i always think "time and tide waits for none".basically i think work is god.so for these reasons i think i am smart.
