-to describe someone or something please let us know if there is something else you want to learn!however, we want you to be aware of that you will not learn to speak fluid swedish, but acquire a number of words and simple phrases that can be of use for you either during your first time in sweden or if you want tocontinue learning swedish after the course. the classes will provide the tools of basic swedish but you have topractise on your own between the lessons. this can be a problem, because swedes speak pretty good english, andthey probably will as soon as they hear that you are a foreigner! you have to insist on speaking swedish, if only tosay “hej, hur är det?” (hello! how are you?) in order to practise.

students can choose either:
: about 10 weeks, two lessons a week. compulsory participation and accomplished tasks givepass (7,5 credits)
: 10 weeks, two lessons a week, immediately followed by course 2 so that both courses can becompleted within the autumn –or spring semester.the ects courses are examinated and students get both swedish credits and ects grades.
