Both Officers did not state the facts in their police reports at all based upon a falseinvestigation that lead to a false arrest. These individuals did not state how thisinformation was listed upon numerous public records already. They also certainlydidn’t state how Officer Garrett was harassing citizens for making complaintsagainst her with internal affairs as well as on ratemycop.com. The reason that RobBrayshaw was arrested was only because this Officer Annette Garrett was not doingher police duty of protecting and serving the public. Instead, this officer wasreviewing ratemycop.com for citizens making complaints about her with her rude,abusive and unprofessional demeanor as usual and making posts on the website.The False Investigation, False Arrest, And Two False Charges Were CompletelyBased Upon An Unconstitutional 1972 State Law Of Florida Statute 843.17 incomplete violation of the Federal Supreme Law.
