Dr. Macon Singletary, I remember seeing you when I worked in Raleigh. My name you then knew as Frankie Harvey. Ad I am stuck in Chapel Hill Rehibilitation Center & my next younger sister decided to take me to the UNC Dental School and I'm not sure when I will return to have two of my teeth pulled as well as other work, even though I fou d you in the Yellow Pages & requested she allowed me to see you. She refused to take me to Raleigh as she explained the UNC Dental School would be much closer. If you remember me Frankie Harvey & if you have time please email my sister, Beth Tarver whoes email is Tarv8@net.com and explain if you are still open, where you are located in Raleigh and you would be happy to see me. That is if, you still remember working on my teeth and when you could see me again.
