Algunos sarcomas tienen una alteracin gentica conocida (traslocaciones, delecciones...): - Ewing: 11;22 (EWS-FLI) - S. Sinovial: X;18 (SXX-1, SXX-2) - Neurofibromas: 17q11 (nf1) - ... Y fcilmente detectable (PCR < 24h)
