    Fort Bend Detectives Seeking Whereabouts of Special Needs Missing Man, 56 Years of Age

    Chester Ray Brown resides with Helping Hands Group Home, 15323 Riverside Grove Dr., (Key Map 527Q), Houston, Fort Bend County and was last seen on Monday, October 17, 2011 at approximately 10:00 p.m. Mr. Brown is mentally challenged and suffers from schizophrenia and Bi-polar Disorder. Mr. Brown described as a 56-year-old black male, 506 tall and 220 pounds. He was last seen wearing a purple shirt and khaki shorts.

    Fort Bend Detectives continue to search the area and are seeking anyone with information on the whereabouts of Chester Ray Brown to please contact the Fort Bend County Sheriffs Office at 281-341-4665.
