EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
 The goals of this project will be presented in this executive summary withsummarized pieces of information about specific activities. Our topic isRecruitment in Telenor. Most internal source of recruitment is used for thepurpose of recruitment in Telenor. We set some objectives of our researchand through a survey we have meet our desired objectives. We learnt theprocedure of recruitment in Telenor. We also observed how Telenor ismotivating its employees to improve the productivity. We identified the skillsrequired for job in Telenor. The tools and techniques to increase motivationlevel of employees are also observed by us. We observed that Telenor isimproving the quality of their services by recruiting skilled and qualifiedemployees. Telenor is providing commission and contract based jobs toincrease the productivity and its gives financial and non-financial rewards tomotivate its employees. In the journey of preparing research report we havealso faced lot of limitations. After observing research we observed that Telenor is hiring those employees how are efficient, skilled, qualified andhaving good communication skills this not only reduces the cost but alsoincreases the quality of Telenor services.
