SMC Detroit Samsung Galaxy S II
Giveaway(“Sweepstakes”) takes place during the following times: 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. CT October 26,2011 (“Sweepstakes Period”). All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions made bySponsor relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding. The Sweepstakes is open to legalresidents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are present at the SMC Detroit(“Event”) in the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants must be at least 18
years of age or older at timeof entry. Entrants who are 18 but have not yet reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction inwhich they reside (“Minors”) must obtain parental or legal guardian consent to be eligible toenter Sweepstakes.
Employees of AT&T Services, Inc. (“AT&T” or “Sponsor”) and theirrespective parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising agencies,promotion and administration agencies and any entity which is involved in any aspect of thecreation, production, operation, execution or fulfillment of Sweepstakes, and their respectiveagents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns (“Sweepstakes Entities”), andtheir immediate families (
parents, spouse, siblings, children, grandparents, step parents,step children and step siblings, and their respective spouses, and those living in the samehousehold, whether or not related) are not eligible to enter Sweepstakes. By participating inthis Sweepstakes, entrants: (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisionsof Sponsor which are final and binding; (b) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules;and (c) agree to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules andregulations.
3. To Enter:
Entrants must tweet from their Twitter account, sharing their favoritemobile app and using the #attsocial and #SMCD hashtags to enter the sweepstakes. Allrequired fields must be completed to be eligible and entrants must be present to win. There isa limit of one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
All entries submitted incompliance with these Official Rules and not disqualified are considered “Eligible Entries”. Allentries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor.
Entries will not be returned
There will be one Winner randomly selected from all Eligible Entries onOctober 26, 2011. The Winner will receive a Samsung Galaxy S II
device (“Prize”). Theapproximate retail value of the Prize is $549.99. The odds of winning depend on the number of Eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
5. Winner Selection/Verification:
The potential Winners will be selected in a randomdrawing from among all of the Eligible Entries at the event on October 26, 2011. Administratorwill make up to two (2) attempts during the event to contact the potential winner. If thepotential winner cannot be reached directly during the event, the potential winner may bedisqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected if time permits, in Sponsor’ssole discretion, from among the remaining applicable Eligible Entries received. In addition,Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner in the event that any potential winnerfails to comply with these Official Rules. The potential Winner must prove eligibility, including,without limitation, proof of age, residence and identity. In the event of non-compliance by thepotential winner such potential winner shall be disqualified and all privileges otherwise due asa winner shall be terminated and an alternate potential winner may, in Sponsor’s solediscretion, be chosen from among all of the remaining Eligible Entries received. By enteringthis Sweepstakes, entrants grant to Sweepstakes Entities, except where prohibited by law, thefull permission and authority to use entrant’s name, picture and/or likeness, or biographicalinformation or voice for trade, advertising and publicity purposes, in any media now known orhereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or
