TO USE: 1. Print DIY Design on cardstock or heavy weight paper compatible with your printer. Untextured scrapbooking papers work well, too. 2. Cut out the design using scissors or craft punches. For best results, cut design into three strips and use a 2 circle punch, with or without scallop edges, to cut the design. 3. FOR CUPCAKE TOPPERS: Tape or glue the toppers onto your choice of lollipop stick, toothpick, or wooden skewer. FOR TAGS: Using a regular hole punch, punch a hole in the top of the tag and string your choice of ribbon or twine through. FOR LABELS: Using double-sided tape, stick the label to the surface of your choice.
