TOWNSHIP OF EWING

ZONING BOARD AGENDA

The Ewing Township Zoning Board will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday,
March 20, 2008 with the agenda session beginning at 7:00 p.m. followed by the regular session
beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Township Council Room, Municipal Complex, 2 Jake Garzio

Greater Trenton CMHC, Inc. Applicant is requesting a use variance and


208 Sullivan Way minor site plan approval for conversion of
Block 414, Lot 2.01 14 unit apartment complex with total of 43
R2 Zone bedrooms to 26 one-bedroom apartments.
