The Framework
Stage 1: Identification of Learning Needs Stage 1 - Identification of training needs In order to ensure alignment of all training solutions with the organizational needs, we gather all necessary data to Stage 4: Application of Learning Solutions Stage 2: Design of Learning Plan/Solutions find out what training needs are most crucial and need prioritizing. We conduct an exhausting training needs analysis and report the result to top management for decision making on which of the identified training needs should be prioritized Stage 2 - Design of training plan and solutions Stage 4: Application of Learning Stage 3: Delivery Of Learning We shall devise a training plan that ensures all prioritized training needs are addressed and compliant with what we deem as effective methods of delivering the training. This stage also covers estimation of costs. We shall submit a report that details the course outlines, schedules and proposed budgets. Stage 3 - Delivery of training solutions This stage of the training cycle ensures that the delivery of the training is effective and provides opportunities for the learners to learn. This will involve choosing the most appropriate format for meeting training needs, and taking advantage of different training methods including elearning. Stage 4 - Application of training in the work environment This stage of the training cycle is concerned with ensuring that all learning outcomes are applied and reinforced in practice within the work environment. Stage 5 - Evaluation of learning solutions This deals with the collection, analysis and presentation of information to establish the improvement in performance that results from the learning experience. This stage will help those who evaluate learning programs, or who respond to developments in learning, or plan and introduce improvements in learning interventions.

Ed Ebreo has been conducting training on various leadership, team building and service culture building topics for the last 14 years, Gege Sugue and Pat Pascua are notable Communications public speaking experts, Juan Roy is also a passionate trainer who covers a lot of training topics while Alvin Abrantes is a seasoned Sales Trainer. Whenever needed, ExeQserve looks for trainers who can provide training that meet client expectations and can comply with ExeQserves idea of quality training. Right Company Exeqserve has a growing number of partner companies who have entrusted the development and implementation of human resource management and development programs to us. We currently serve as the HR department of two outsourcing companies; one in the IT industry and the other one in Medical Transcription.
