2 9-inch pie crusts2 T. onion, chopped1 to 2 t. oil2 c. cooked turkey, cubed2 c. rozen mixed vegetables,thawed10-3/4 oz. can cream ochicken soup1/2 c. milk
Line a 9" pie plate with one pie crust; set aside. In a skillet overmedium heat, sauté onion in oil until slightly sot. Stir in turkey,vegetables, soup and milk; pour into pie crust. Cover with remainingcrust; crimp edges and cut vents in top crust. Bake at 400 degrees or40 to 50 minutes, until bubbly and golden. Serves 6.

4 boneless, skinless chickenbreasts, cooked and cubed2 10-3/4 oz. cans cream ochicken soup16-oz. container sour creampepper to taste1 t. dried basil16-oz. pkg. rozen mixedvegetables2 8-1/2 oz. pkgs. cornbreadmix1 c. shredded Cheddarcheese
Cornbread Chicken Pot Pie
Evenly arrange chicken in a greased 13"x9" baking pan. In a bowl,mix together soup, sour cream, pepper and basil. Add rozenvegetables; spread over chicken in pan. Prepare cornbread mixesaccording to package directions; spread batter evenly to covervegetable mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at425 degrees or 25 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Let cool or15 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
