Parade Guidelines:
1. All participants must be on a float unless with a Marching Band or Costumed
Character.
2. No items permitted to be thrown from floats. (Candy, toys, etc.)
3. It is dark during the parade. Lights on the float are encouraged.
4. Proper signage helps everyone know who you are.
5. All horses MUST be diapered, or be followed by clean-up person(s)
6. All floats should be no taller than 18ft.
