BrandTailors brings Ambasador back
BrandTailors nalized the restoration program of Ambasador’s visual identity and package design, programmeant to reassert and strengthen the brand’s positioning within the current Romanian chocolate market.Ambasador enjoys a high level of trust amidst its consumers, but, although having been found in KandiaDulce’s portfolio for decades, the brand disappeared from the retail shelves, requiring its being brought backinto contemporariness, according to current market desiderata.A comprehensive brand analysis contextualized by the competitive landscape revealed that Ambasador’svisual identity and package design restoration entails its being founded on the brand’s pre-existing essentialcomponents – its “masculine” personality and the perception of its premium character, encapsulated withinthe aspirational nature of the brand name.Thus, Ambasador’s new visual identity, based on a color selection of white, blue and golden tones, highlightsthe brand’s perceived quality and preciousness and secures a natural connection with Kandia, the “endorser”brand. Built on a white background and contrasting brand imagery color codes, the new package designfurther enhances Ambasador’s visual impact.
The purpose of the new package design is to highlight thedistinctive features that dene Ambasador as an iconic brand.The clear graphics and the color complementariness betweenthe visual identity and the product imagery are the constituentelements that give Ambasador superior shelf stand-out, bringing itforth into contemporariness.
