Creitonisamanagerwithvariedresponsibilities.Creitonwasworkingmindinghisownbusinessinthe"cage"areadealingwithanemployeeoncreditcardissues,whensuddenlyandwithoutprovocation,anintoxicatedVinceYoungbegancursingandmakingderogatoryremarkstoCreitonbecauseCreitonrefusedtosellVinceYoung$8,000.00(Eightthousanddollars)in$1.00(Onedollardenominations)usingVinceYoung'screditcard.ItwasVinceYoungintentiontousethe"$1.00billstotipandthrowmoneyatthedancerswhowouldentertainhimandhispartythatevening.VinceYoung
 
afterexchangingremarkswithCreitonlungedforwardandstruckCreitonwithaclosedfistinthemouth,bustinghislip,causingpainandswelling.CreitonalsofenbackonthedeskwithVinceYoungcontinuinghisattackonCreiton.Asaresult,Creitonalsosufferedpainandswellingtohisneck.IntheprocessotheremployeeswereinjuredandorstruckbyVinceYoung.
