(Nasdaq:INTU)received a pair of Forrester Groundswell Awards for its innovative use of social technologies to achieve business andorganizational goals.Forrester Research, Inc., the independent research firm, honored Mint.com'scustomer support and engagement program offered jointly with Get Satisfaction inthe Business to Consumer North America Supporting category. In addition, Intuit
Small Business's “Love a Local Business” program won an award in the Business
to Consumer North America Social Impact category.Intuit has received four Forrester Groundswell Awards since the program began in2008. The first two came in 2008 and recognized Intuit's use of social media anduser-contribution systems in the small business and consumer markets. The mostrecent wins were in 2010 for IntuitBrainstorm and TurboTax Live Community. Brainstorm is a Web-based tool that lets employees share, experiment andcollaborate on new ideas through online crowdsourcing. The Intuit
widget connects people to free tax advice. In addition, Intuit receivedForrester's Company Transformation award in 2008.
