that the parties shall promptly meet and confer and, by no later than

, one representative of Florida, one representative of the United States, and onerepresentative of Defendant-Intervenors shall jointly call the Chambers of Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly to discuss the parties’ availability for an in-person scheduling conference on November 2, 2011. If the parties are unavailable on November 2, 2011, they should be prepared to provideat least three alternate dates for a prompt scheduling conference.
