CapucineS Travel Diary: lAtvia Monday :

Latvian pupils welcomed us in their school.

They did a show. It was really great: with songs, dances, etc.

Then we visited the school.

We had lunch and we made an ecological tree (one tree for one country).

We played musical chairs and other games.

We ate and we danced. That was a really good day !

Tuesday:
In the morning, we did alpine coaster, we took the cable-car.

After lunch, we saw lake in caves. We had dinner and we went to shop.

Wednesday:
That was the medieval day. We did medieval activities like archery, throwing the javelin, we ate soup

We went to meet the mayor, and the responsible of the education. We had lunch. Then Janis was the guide to visit Cesis. After we went to the Cesis castle to do a medieval evening.

We saw jewel, we ate, we danced and we visited the castle. The guide told us some gosts stories, so after I was really afraid.

Thursday :
We visited Riga: first we went up the church, then a guide showed us the city.

After we ate in a restaurant. That was Ilzes birthday so we sang for her.

We went to the Latvian Bank museum. Then we had a free time, we went to eat and we went back to the hotel.

We said Good-bye to our Turkish friends because they came to Turkey Friday.

Friday :
In the morning, we saw our ecological trees. I think they are really artistic and different. Then we played an orientation game in school. After lunch we went to the sport hall to play a lot of sports like hockey, volleyball and touchball. Ilze gave us our certificate and we did, like Monday, a nice disco party.

We said good-bye to all our friends, we were really sad.

Saturday :
Lelde and Liga went with us to Riga. We did a little cruise and we took the airplane to France.
