Using an electric mixer on low speed, thoroughly blend all ingredients excepttortillas and salsa. Spread sour cream mixture evenly over tortillas; roll up tortillas.Wrap each tightly in plastic wrap; rerigerate or 3 to 4 hours. Remove plasticwrap; trim and discard ends. Cut tortillas in 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick slices. Laypinwheels at on a serving plate, leaving space in the center or a small bowl o salsa. Makes about 4 dozen.
