Atitech is a proved and expert Repair Station located in Europe, providing heavy
maintenance services to Alitalia, the !talian flag carrier since the 70's.
With the privatization process, in November 2003, the Board of Directors has
been renewed as far as the Nanagers of the Company.
The New Company is managed by Cianni Lettieri, President of Unione
!ndustriali" (Association of Entrepreneurs) with a proved experience in financial
affairs, and President of the Private Equity Fund NER!D!E".

2011, C.E.O. has been appointed Narco Fantoni.
Atitech currently has a workforce of about 400 workers. The work is assured by
a new fiveyear contract granted by the new Alitalia to provide NRO services to
all of its aircraft.

Customer Support Nanager.
On Field" assistance: Atitech can grant to its Customers an AOC Team"
completely independent that can fly everywhere with their business aircraft"
to solve the Customer needs.
