Internally India is fighting against high population rate with limited resources. More and more people are moving towards service sector. With limited jobs available and increase in number of applicants, unem- ployment has increased like never before.
Indian Government\u2019s major policy to fight unemployment is to encourage entrepreneurship which will not only increase the number of self employ- ments, but also the number of employments in the country. This is also a major policy to enhance our economy as a whole.
But India is still lagging behind in terms of leadership skills in influence of not only entrepre- neurship, but also otherwise.
There is a greater need of developing leadership skills in youth to encourage them to become entrepreneurs.

related activities by various organizations is not enough for the students of Jaipur, So we came up with a unique concept of providing international edu- cation to selected schools and colleges in their city itself.
Here, more than 30 individual experts from different parts of the world will come to Jaipur and involve themselves in vari-
ous activities, workshops and seminars among youth of Jaipur. These people are ex- perts in the field of Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Interna- tionalism. They will be trained to deal with Indian students\u2019 mindset and how to make them think and grow big.
AIESEC Jaipur has come up with a project to overcome such problems, which are not dealt by any other organization in Asia. We, at AIESEC, with an experience of past 58 years, do believe that there was a great need of an initiative to be taken in the field of entrepre- neurship building in youth.
