NAHN National Association of Hispanic Nurses®
invites you to become a sponsor of NAHN’s premier member-ship meeting, the 2012 NAHN Annual Conference.The NAHN Annual Conference is the only nursing association meeting dedicated to exploring healthcare issues affectingthe Hispanic population and potential solutions. As a sponsor of one of the conference events, you will be able to contributeto the success of this conference. NAHN will provide you with exclusive time with the NAHN Conference attendees.This is a great opportunity for your organization to advertise and promote your products, as well as support the NationalAssociation of Hispanic Nurses as a sponsor. Materials in conference bags - $1,000
Materials for 500 bags must be shipped through theNAHN Exhibit management company. Please contactNAHN for more information. Materials must arrive at thewarehouse no later than July 1, 2012.
Print Advertisement:
Buy an advertisement spot in the conference programbook – submit in jpeg format (exhibit booth is not in-cluded). Advertisements are due by May 10, 2012

$3,000 = Full-page color advertisement
•
$2,000 = Half-page color advertisement
•
$1,000 = Quarter-page color advertisement

Email Celia Besore at di-rector@thehispanicnurses.org to book this event.We can provide our attendee list so you can RSVP your guests, waived room fees, advertise event on confer-ence agenda & have an event sign created.Booking fee is $1,500.AV/Catering costs will apply and are added to the con-ference hotel direct bill & invoiced post conference.**Must purchase a booth. There is a limit on rooms spaceto book and pay early.
