Great information - thanks for posting. Being in shape certainly helps in the martial arts, and practicing the arts in turn helps fitness. Keep up the good work

egfl, no fighting technique will ever help you if you don't first find self respect and courage. To find the self respect and courage, you must stop wishing and start training. In time, you will grow stronger and without fear and with courage. But wasting this on your cousins is what I call, a wasted life of learning. Their not worth it but if time comes, then have some respect and get strong, now, today, train now and stop wondering how to get strong. Go and get it done, and train.

I could take you apart at the seams with both hands tied behind my back! You want to train to fight? Dont bother looking here.

Great posting +1 from me. I love that Bruce felt he owed it to the martial arts way to stay in shape. A lot of 'so called' masters today don't share the same respect.
