Foot to Earth
 This session at the Path we are working on the foot. This apparatus is in touch with the earth more than any other part of our body.One assignment has beento walk outside barefoot.Even though this goes againstthe my grandmother’s rule,
never go barefoot outside when there is an R in themonth
 )
this practice is very  worthwhile. Having the feettouch the earth in the crisp Autumn weather, makes oneaware of the quality of one’sfeet as well asthe earth in which wetread.Walk outin controlledconditions,close to yourhome or car,and don’t do if  you’re feeling unwell. Butdon’t shutdown for thisexperience; rather notice your reactions. Maybe smile!
