    The City of Ventura went through a library strategic planning process. Through that process, the Community said loud and clear - we support a PUBLIC library system! Its now time to hold our City Council accountable to our community and make sure they not only follow through on the recommendations for improvement, but they also select the best model for our libraries by remaining with the Ventura County Free and Public Library System.
