Once upon a time in a country called Nigeria, there lived a little kid called Frankie. He loved to show off and always felt that he had to compete with everybody or prove that he's superior to everybody. He never liked a situation where another kid had something he didn't have. Anytime a kid announces his parents just bought him something even though it was clearly against all etiquette and nobody asked him, Frankie would speak up and say he already has it...

t have. Anytime a kid announces his parents just bought him something even though it was clearly against all etiquette and nobodyasked him, Frankie would speak up and say he already has it.€€ Frankie

s younger brother who loved to always read the bible always admonished Frankie and will tell him to change but it only annoyed Frankie. Frankie would shove all his little brother

s words to the side and sometimes even slap him upsidethe head. Who does his younger brother think he is to give him advise? How darehe?€€ One cool day, Frankie and his younger visited the home of a new friend in anotherneighborhood quite a distance from theirs.€€ While there Frankie noticed they had a large dog chained to a post. It looked quiet and just like the one Frankie and his younger brother had at home. After Frankie finished telling his new friend that his father has a house just like theirsin another city, he told his new friend that they had a dog just like his at home.€€ Frankie started walking towards the dog that was chained to a post. The dog quietly watched Frankie walk towards it.€€€Frankie

s€new friend asked him what he taught he was doing but the question only madeFrankie angry, he felt his friend was implying that he had no experience with this kind of dog which means that he doesn

t really have this kind of dog at home. Now more than ever Frankie felt like he had to prove himself and prove that heand his younger brother had this kind of dog at home.€€ Frankie

s little brother shouted to Frankie that he should stop going near the big dog that

s chained to the post, that he doesn

t have to prove anything to anybody and that he

s always trying to prove that they have anything plus much morethan anybody else says they have.€€ Frankie shouted at his younger brother to shut up. He walked up to the dog and assoon as Frankie stretched out his hand to pat the dog, the dog took one big bite at his hand.€€ Frankie screamed in pain so loud that it could be heard for the next 6 neighboring blocks.€€ Days later, Frankie was treated for rabies but the news of his stupidity had already spread among kids all through the neighboring blocks.€€€ That was how Frankie earned his new nickname, "The Rabies Boy" which he hated somuch but it stuck for years.€€ Now nobody has to tell€Frankie€twice that he shouldn

t boast he has something someoneelse just said they had.The End.CHECK BACK TOMORROW EVENING FOR A FRESH, CHRISTIAN BEDTIME STORY
