My Thanksgiving Book 2011 Long ago, the Pilgrims came to America.

They sailed across the Atlantic Ocean on the Mayflower. The first winter was very cold. The Native Americans helped the Pilgrims. They taught the Pilgrims how to grow crops and catch food. They planted corn, picked berries, caught fish and hunted turkey. The Pilgrims and Native American Indians had a wonderful Thanksgiving feast to celebrate how God looked after them. Give thanks to Him and praise His name. Psalms 100:4 O give thanks to the Lord. Psalm 105:1 Always giving thanks to God the father, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Ephesians 5:20
