Introduction
W PSCB was established on 31st August, 1949 at
Shimla.
W Head OIIice is situated at Chandigarh.
W There are 19 District Central Cooperative Banks
having 813 branches all over Punjab, mostly in rural
areas oI the State.
W In the cooperative Banking structure, the position oI
the Punjab State Cooperative Bank is extremely
important as the whole credit system revolves
around it.
