Important Instructions:
In order to attend the convocation, you are required to: Participate in full dress rehearsal on November 18, 2011 at this campus. Rehearsal of Convocation is
mandatory. Students who fail to attend rehearsal will not be allowed to attend convocation. Students are directed to report at 3:00 pm on rehearsal day. Participating students are directed to bring their original CNIC at rehearsal and at convocation ceremony as well. Only single guest is allowed at Convocation. Students are directed to accompany with single guest only. Original CNIC of accompanying person is also required. Collect attire (gown, cap) in person by depositing Rs. 1000/- (refundable) through concerned Departmental Coordination Officer (DCO) at rehearsal day. Convocation Invitation Cards shall be sent on your postal address.

 Fee defaulters will not be allowed to attend Director Dinner and Convocation Ceremony. You are advised to settle your account status till October 31, 2011.
