1. G.O.Ms.No.11, Education (Ser. II) Department, dated.23.01.2009. 2. From the Commr. & Dir. of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad Lr.Rc.No.634/IC-1/2005, dated 29.06.2009 and 24.10.2009. 3. From the Prl. Secy., APPSC, Hyderabad, Lr. No. 510/RR/2011, dt. 15.06.2011 *** ORDER: In the G.O. 1st read above orders were issued framing Adhoc Rules for the posts of teachers working in Government Schools under A.P.School Educational Subordinate Service Rules in Andhra Pradesh. 2. The Committee constituted by the Commr. & Dir. of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad, to frame the Adhoc Service Rules for the Resource Teachers appointed during the year 1992, has proposed that the services of Resource Teachers are to be treated on par with the services of teachers working in Government Schools with the same scales of pay, as they are working for the State Government under Centrally Sponsored Scheme of Integrated Education for Disabled Children. 3. The Commr. & Dir. of School Education, A.P., Hyderabad in his letter 2nd read above, has accordingly suggested some amendments to the Adhoc Rules issued in the G.O.1st read above and requested to issue necessary orders. 4. The APPSC have accorded concurrence for the proposed amendments vide their letter 3rd read above. 5. Government after careful examination, have decided to amend the adhoc rules issued in the G.O.1st read above. 6. Accordingly, the following notification will be published in an extraordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette dated 24.06.2011. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 78 and 99 of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982 (Andhra Pradesh Act 1 of 1982) and the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh makes the following amendments to the Adhoc rules for the posts of Teachers working in Government Schools in Andhra Pradesh issued in G.O.Ms.No. 11, Education (Ser.II) Department, dated 23.01.2009. .2.

:: 2 :: 2. The amendments shall come into force with immediate effect. AMENDMENTS In the said rules, (1) For rule 1, the following shall be substituted namely :1. Constitution:- The Andhra Pradesh School Educational Subordinate Service shall consist of posts of teachers working in Government Schools in Andhra Pradesh and the IED Teachers recruited under G.O.Rt.No. 1839, Education Department, dated 16.09.1991. (2) In rule 2 in the second table there under in class-II after the existing entries against Category-1 in columns 2,3,4 and 5 respectively thereof, the following shall be inserted namely :(2) 1a (3) IED teachers (4) No future recruitment (5) District Educational Officer

(3) In rule 5 in the second table in class-II after the existing entries against Category-1 in columns 2,3 and 4 respectively thereof, the following shall be inserted namely :(2) No future recruitment (3) 1a (4) Must possess Intermediate certificate issued by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh and D.Ed., certificate issued by the Director of Government Examinations, Andhra Pradesh and Diploma in Special Education. or Must possess a Bachelor Degree and a B.Ed Degree and Diploma in Special Education
