For the World Record I crochet two foundation rows in a different color and started with the pink color crocheting for 30 Minutes! After forming the ruffle to a flower you don\u2019t see the blue or yellow foundations rows!

Instructions:
Beginning: Chain 64
Row 1:
Trc in 5th ch from hook, 1 trc in each of next ch across the row, connect
with a slip sts on top of beginning ch 4 to a circle.
Row 2:
Ch 4, 1 trc in each of next st across the row, connect with a slip sts on
top of beginning ch 4, ending with a sl st on top of beginning ch 4.
Row 3 and 4:

Ch 4, 3 trc in each of next ch across the row,
connect with a slip st on top of beginning
ch 4,
After row 4 finish off, weave in all ends
