PETER– WALKING ON WATER
As Jesus stands by the water’s edge at Lake Galilee he sees Peter walking towards
him, muttering to himself and angrily throwing stones into the water.
Hello Peter! Going for a walk?
Don’t you start Jesus! I have had enough of them. ‘Look!
Peter’s going for a walk.Glug, Glug, Glug, Glug.’ ‘If you’re

come out to you.’
And you did. How did it feel?
Really weird. I swung myself out over the edge of the boat and
put my foot down. The water felt funny. It wasn’t solid, but

started to walk towards you. I just looked at you in wonder.
And then what happened?
