Enclosed attachement my term and conditions for your perusal as below : A. SCOPE OF SERVICES Our services as follow : a. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE Discuss with owner for Design requirement and all information. Site visit and take photograft. Submit Design Proposal for confirmation.

b. BUILDING DEVELOPMENT PHASE Produce detail building plan Produce detail working drawing for D.O submission and Building Approval. Produce construction drawing and detailing drawing. Appointed Architects for signing. (Regitered with APAM) Appointed Engrs for prepare the Earthwork drawing, Road & Drainage drawing and Structure drawing for approval. Submit to IWKs for sewerage approval. Submit to SYABAS for plumbing approval. Site supervision during construction stage if necessary. Application DBKL for CFO ( Certification of Fitness Occupation ).

B. FEE PROPOSAL - My fees shall be calculated at a lump sum fee of RM 6,000.00 - The above fees do not include other fees for Submission processing Fees and others Deposit to Authority. C. MODE OF PAYMENT Payment of the fees will be made as per your agreed. Upon completion Each Phase 1. Upon aggree the quotation 2. Design Development Phase i.
