7.00pm 7.15pm 7.20pm 7.30pm Nibbles and Welcome Drink. Welcome and outline of evening Peter Moulan. A Christmas Day feast of locally sourced food and drink. Peter to demonstrate Cured Salmon dish and talk about slow cooked Beef Stew. PJ tastes Ian to demonstrate the preparation of the Turkey. Debone the legs to be cooked separately with a stuffing of Eryngii mushrooms and chestnuts from Sheffields Sharrow Marrow. Tasting of a previous cooked Turkey leg and the beef stew samples (to compare the local beef with major supermarket beef). PJ tastes Mat to demonstrate and talk about Christmas day vegetable dishes with a twist. Cindy to launch Missie Cindz Sheffield Favourites Hamper. interval Opportunity to buy further refreshments and browse the PJ taste shop John Lord to demonstrate hand raised pork pies. Tasting of pork pies. Serve flaming PJ taste Xmas Plum Pudding with brandy butter and a shot of Mead made from Sheffield Honey.
